CGPH Banque d'affaires has appointed Andrea Gioia Lomoro and Domenico Carraturo as Co-Heads of Real Estate Advisory.
The appointments strengthen a practice focused on the assessment, structuring and coordination of selected real-estate and property-backed transactions. CGPH supports owners, investors, companies and sponsors across buy-side and sell-side situations, joint ventures, capital and financing structures, sale-and-leaseback transactions and selected special situations, within the scope of each agreed mandate.
Andrea brings extensive experience in project development, strategic positioning, communications and stakeholder coordination across organisations of different sizes and levels of complexity. He will contribute to the development of the practice, the presentation of selected opportunities and the coordination of relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, property owners and professional partners.
Domenico brings thirty years of experience across financial, tax, real-estate and corporate-transaction contexts. His professional qualifications include Ragioniere Commercialista, Consulente Finanziario and Agente d'Affari in Mediazione. His experience spans property assets and complexes, feasibility and contractual analysis, M&A and corporate-finance situations. He will contribute to opportunity assessment, transaction structuring, counterparty dialogue and the coordination of the professional workstreams required by each situation.
Together, they will lead the continued development of CGPH's Real Estate Advisory capabilities and help maintain a clear connection between asset fundamentals, capital structure, transaction process and the objectives of the parties involved.
CGPH acts as strategic and financial adviser within an agreed mandate. Regulated brokerage activities, certified valuations, and legal, tax and technical matters remain with the relevant qualified or authorised professionals. Each transaction remains subject to its own analysis, due diligence, documentation and approvals.
