Cookie Policy
Effective date: 26 July 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how www.cgphbanquedaffaires.com uses cookies and similar technologies, what each category does, and how you control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits, and this policy treats them in the same way.
2. Your choices
When you first visit this website, a consent banner presents three options with equal prominence: accept all, refuse all, and choose by category. Cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the website operate on that basis alone. Every other category is placed only after you give consent, and until then it stays inactive.
You may change your decision at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. We record your choice for six months, after which we ask you again. You may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, bearing in mind that blocking strictly necessary cookies affects the functioning of the website.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Session management, load balancing, security and fraud prevention, and the recording of your cookie choices. These operate without consent because the service you request depends on them. Typical lifetime: session to six months.
Audience measurement. We use Google Analytics 4, supplied by Google Ireland Limited, to obtain aggregated statistics on visits, pages viewed and traffic sources, and we use them to improve the website. This category rests on your consent: the Google tag loads once you accept it, and we operate Google Consent Mode v2 so that, until then, the tag stays unloaded and every storage type remains denied. IP anonymisation is enabled, advertising features and data sharing with Google advertising products remain switched off, and we send page views without any direct identifier. Cookies used: _ga (thirteen months) and _ga_<container> (thirteen months); analytics data is retained for fourteen months at most. Withdrawing consent through the Cookie preferences link stops granted-mode collection at once.
Functional. Language preference, form assistance and embedded content such as videos or maps, placed after consent. Typical lifetime: up to twelve months.
Marketing and social. Measurement of campaign performance and interaction with social platforms, placed after consent. These cookies may allow the provider to build a profile of your browsing across websites. Typical lifetime: up to thirteen months.
4. Third-party cookies
Certain cookies are placed by providers acting on our behalf or in their own capacity, including our website host, Google Ireland Limited as our audience measurement provider through Google Analytics 4, our customer relationship platform and, where you interact with embedded content, the platform that supplies it. Where audience measurement data reaches Google entities established outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses together with the supplementary measures described by Google. Each provider processes data under its own policy, and where the provider is established outside the European Economic Area the safeguards described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy apply.
The current list of cookies in use, with provider, purpose and lifetime, appears in the preference centre accessible from the footer.
