Biography
Domenico Carraturo is Co-Head of Real Estate Advisory at CGPH Banque d'affaires. He is a senior professional with thirty years of experience across financial, tax, real-estate and corporate-transaction contexts. His professional qualifications include Ragioniere Commercialista, Consulente Finanziario and Agente d'Affari in Mediazione.
His experience covers the management, intermediation and value enhancement of residential, commercial, industrial, logistics and hospitality property assets and complexes across Italy. It includes feasibility analysis, contract optimisation, leasing management of proprietary assets and coordination with leading legal and notarial advisers in Italy and internationally. He also has experience supporting companies and investors in M&A and other corporate-finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and purchases or sales of assets and equity interests, combining financial and legal-economic analysis, due diligence and credit-protection considerations.
At CGPH, he contributes to the assessment of opportunities, transaction structuring, counterparty dialogue and the coordination of the professional workstreams involved.
