Federico Lione is Founding Partner of the firm, which is today led by Kolyo Boichev as Managing Director, with Andrea Battista, LL.M., Head of Legal. We provide corporate finance and strategic advisory to companies and eligible professional and institutional investors. Where a private placement of bonds is presented within our remit, the relevant securities are issued by the identified Luxembourg group securitization vehicle and offered through definitive private-placement documentation, in accordance with applicable law.

Federico Lione is Founding Partner of CGPH Banque d’affaires, part of CGPH Group, the international ecosystem within which the firm operates. An Italian lawyer, tax and corporate counsel based in Milan, he is the founder of Studio Legale Lione & Associati. He holds a Law degree and a second-level University Master in Business Tax Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. His practice covers Italian and international taxation, corporate law and governance, M&A and corporate reorganizations, business crisis and restructuring, and cross-border structures.

He is a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across global corporations in food & beverage, energy and pharmaceuticals. He has held CFO and Finance Director positions at internationally recognized companies including Coca-Cola HBC, Tate & Lyle Group and the Carlsberg Group, leading financial strategy, performance optimization and operational efficiency at a multinational scale. His expertise extends into executive education and leadership coaching, with training programmes delivered for Citibank in Austria and certified management coaching for senior executives in the energy sector. Kolyo is also a certified trainer in business simulation for top and middle management, with credentials from leading institutions including the University of Delaware and the Technical University of Sofia. Fluent in five languages, including English and Russian, he brings a global mindset to every role, having operated across more than 100 countries. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Credit Glorious Property Holdings, where he oversees financial operations and strategic investment initiatives in trade finance, asset management and global capital markets.
